In plain words
True! There is acid at the tip of that swan's beak. Because of that very acid the two separate. But who put that acid there? That is the Creator's secret. So no one at all can change the root foundation God created. Basing themselves on just such a root foundation, men keep creating many forms and names.
What God created is free; what science created comes with a price
Air is a thing God created free. Light is a thing God created free. Fire is a thing God created free. In this way God created the five elements free of cost. With some narrow ideas, man takes these five elements created free, adds many accessories to them, divides them up, ‘This is a heater, this is a bulb, this is a fan’, sells them and piles up money. What God created is free. But what this science created comes with a price. God created the root sound. Basing himself on that root sound, man makes use of it in many ways: the mike, the loudspeaker, and so on. If there were no root sound at all, how could such vikāra sounds be created? So all these root sound waves belong to God's wealth alone.
What is our wealth? Our character itself is our true wealth. What is our aiśvarya? Our Jñāna itself is our aiśvarya. That is Jñāna-aiśvarya. The mansions, terraced houses, homes and lands we earn today: all these leave us even while our body lasts. After we leave the body, can they come along with us? These are momentary. They are like passing clouds.
