In plain words

Every step they set down became a holy place. Every glance they cast turned into a holy glance of beauty. Everywhere they went on seeing Śivaṃ, the auspicious. They went on regarding everything as beautiful. They looked on all things, regarding them as eternal. That is why they attained the form of Satyaṃ Śivaṃ Sundaraṃ. Our life is this Satyaṃ Śivaṃ Sundaraṃ. The Ātma is Satyaṃ, the heart is Śivaṃ, our feeling is Sundaraṃ. So Satyaṃ Śivaṃ Sundaraṃ is all in our heart itself. This they called yantra, mantra, tantra. Our body is a yantra. Our breath is a mantra. Our heart is the tantra. We may reflect on how we take this breath. So…haṃ: this is a mantra, is it not? Our in-breath and out-breath too have taken the form of a mantra. We imagine that we go to some guru, pray to him, take refuge in him and receive some mantra. No, no. In daily life, from within our own body, the inner voice keeps teaching every moment, "Sohaṃ, Sohaṃ, you are God, you are God," twenty-one thousand six hundred times a day, and you pay it no heed. You go to some guru: coins in his hand, a mantra in your ear; and if he just tells it, you think it something great and keep relying on it. This is a great mistake. We must not have these imitations. We must follow the Ātma principle that has arisen in our heart. The moment after they grasp the secret, the mind itself is their guru, my friends. There is no greater guru than that. So the mantra that all the śāstras give as one fine secret has told you, within it, to install divinity in your heart. How this secret in the karmakāṇḍa travels on again from this karmakāṇḍa to the path of Jñāna, we shall be able to see fully in these coming seven days. So, without wasting time, without letting the body go to waste, do your duty and make your birth worthwhile.
