Above all, what you must do from today is this: if you know them to be devotees who come here and go, make the fitting effort to have them all join the organisation. In any matter that concerns the organisation, consult among yourselves and settle it rightly among yourselves; there is no need to come to Me. For this organisation is not Mine. They have given it My name, and between you and Me there is a personal relationship, but between the organisation and Me there is no connection whatever. The relationship is between Me and you. No one can stand in the way of this at all. That is the bond between you and Me. But in matters of this organisation, all of you may consult your own officers, the state presidents and the convenor, and settle it well. I am very happy. Then, they said, the twenty-fifth year is the silver jubilee. You need not celebrate this silver jubilee in a big way, with show. Take up Bāla Vikās, service programmes and this village work, and bring the silver jubilee well within service, into a path that gives joy to many.
