In plain words
We must turn the ocean of worldly life into the spiritual ocean. God is the Lord of the Ocean of Milk. Where is this Ocean of Milk? Where is it in this physical world? If there really were an Ocean of Milk, the government would have drawn it all off into bottles and emptied the whole ocean. No; that is not the Ocean of Milk. Our heart is the Ocean of Milk! Our heart is the dairy. It is there that Mahāviṣṇu lies resting. What does Ocean of Milk mean? Milk means sacred whiteness. Not only that: in it is the butter that gives a certain strength and gives divinity. That butter is the boundless principle of Prema in man's heart. This Prema has arisen from this very heart. This butter is born from the milk itself. But where in the milk is this butter? It is in every drop. This purity called milk is what fills our body everywhere.
The human heart, which should be an Ocean of Milk, has today turned into an ocean of salt
The actions done with a heart so full of purity must be pure. The sight that sees must be pure. The hearing that hears must be pure. The thoughts that are thought must be pure. But because our actions today are not pure, we have to enquire to some extent whether what is in us is an Ocean of Milk or an ocean of salt. Today the human heart, which should be an Ocean of Milk, has turned into a salt sea. In such a salt ocean there are whales, sharks and crocodiles. In the sacred Ocean of Milk, apart from Viṣṇu alone, these other creatures cannot enter. Such a one is He who lies on the Ocean of Milk. If we want to search for God, we need not go somewhere and search. He is in the very ocean of our heart. We need not search somewhere else for evil either. Evil too is within us.
