The fear of sin is gone; evil ways have become the custom on earth; Bhakti for the Lord of Śrī is gone; deeds of evil beyond all telling have come upon the world. That refuge of the world of ascetics, the Lord of Śrī: thinking on His Name alone brings happiness, O man! Bhakti alone grants the supreme goal; Bhakti alone destroys the disease of worldly existence; Bhakti alone grants the experience of the Supreme; Bhakti alone brings about supreme Mokṣa.

For the path to the supreme goal, Bhakti towards God is the foremost royal road. Bhakti towards God is the very divine medicine that cures the diseases of birth, death and the rest, and the worldly cares of life. In this world no path is to be found higher than Bhakti, no path that teaches the Supreme Principle.
The man who fosters the feeling that God alone is everywhere has no troubles of any kind
This Bhārata is a land divine, splendid and ever new, which from ancient times has taught and spread the Upaniṣads alone as the foremost Vedānta in the culture of Bhārata. When we hold the one mantra taught in the Upaniṣads, ‘Īśāvāsyam idaṃ sarvaṃ’, fast in the heart with full faith, no troubles of any kind will befall Bhārata. No troubles of any kind come near the man who has fostered the faith that God alone is everywhere. The truth taught by the Upaniṣads, ‘Tat tvam asi’, that is, ‘I myself am That’, must take deep root in the devotee's heart.
