Passage 18

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

Even the mother-in-law, lying in fever, came to know of it. Let anyone know it; as for her, she had seen Kṛṣṇa. That was enough for her. So Kṛṣṇa's principle, Kṛṣṇa's līlās, Kṛṣṇa's glories, Kṛṣṇa's vibhūtis cannot be described as being like this or like that. Among all He is like all. He is like women among women, like men among men, like children among children, like elders among elders.

Give No Room at All to Religious Hatred

Sarvataḥ pāṇipādaṃ. What is in the heart of all is God alone! You must draw no distinction at all where God is concerned. ‘Ekam eva advitīyaṃ brahma.’ What is, is one alone! Not two. ‘Say Allah, say Jesus, say Zoroastrian, say Buddha, say Rāma, say Kṛṣṇa: no difference at all.’ All religions are one! That is the religion of man. It is our minds that are going bad, not religion. We must set our minds right. Give no room at all to religious hatred. Resolve that, through such Bhakti and prapatti, you will bring forth once more the sacred, ancient culture of Bhārata.

You Must Take Kṛṣṇa's Commands as Your Ideal

Students! You must go on proclaiming this feeling of oneness to the world. You must give no room to division. This is true education. This is the education you must study. But today I have had to tell you of one matter. Day by day the crowd of devotees keeps growing. To see them is My Ānanda; to see Me is their Ānanda. I do not get much time. So whoever wishes to marry, if they marry happily wherever it suits them and then come here, I will bless them gladly. From now on it will not be possible for weddings to take place in Praśānti Nilayam. I will hold weddings for many together: gladly! I will hold upanayanams for many together: gladly.
