The parents must be satisfied; that itself is My joy. Only then am I satisfied. Girls and boys alike, make your parents happy. Do not ask what makes Swami happy. Making your parents happy itself is My happiness. I need nothing. If you make them happy, I am happy. I hope that you will develop such feelings and proclaim sacred ideals to the world. Developing such feelings day by day, you need not go looking for Swami's satisfaction. Put your faith in your parents' satisfaction. If there is something they do not like, try to persuade them in the right way. Explain it well. If you explain, they too will be glad. If you speak harshly without explaining like that, what will they understand, poor things? Win calmness. Listen with patience to what they say. In the end, bring them to agree. Only when you develop such sacred feelings can you give the world the ideals you learnt in the Sai institution.
