It does not belong to others. So we must try to proclaim Satya and Dharma, which are such divine messages. Most important of all is Prema. In all things, Prema itself is the natural path. In all the qualities Prema flows within, like a hidden stream. That is why that Prema itself is God. Live in love. We must take this very principle of Prema as God. A heart without such Prema is not humanness at all. So 'these messengers' means this: every human being is indeed a messenger. When we inquire why we were born, it is not to eat, roam about, drink, perish and waste our life. This brings a kind of stain, in some measure, on humanness itself. To be born a man, live as a beast and die simply as a demon is not a noble life. From the time you are born, you must proclaim the divine message to the world. Whatever you study, whatever job you are in, whatever tasks you accomplish, in the very end the message must turn into none other than the divine message. Who is following such a truth? Who is keeping to it? No one is keeping to it. They say they are dedicating their life within the divine message. What does dedication mean? What is the message that you give? When each one thinks the matter over for himself, they are wasting ninety-nine parts of their life. That is not it. From the time you came, you must proclaim to the world ideals that are noble, sacred and true, ideals filled with Śānti. Each one for himself, studying, entering jobs, earning money, enjoying the physical pleasures of the body: in these alone they are wasting their time. Study, take up a job, earn money; but all of it must be put into the good path, into good deeds. With your own eyes you see many people who are subjected to many troubles. With your own eyes you see the poor and the helpless. What help are you giving to all of them? That is why, when an animal was being sacrificed in Jerusalem, Jesus could not bear it and went through great hardship to save it. Because of that very thing, the way opened for everyone to make Jesus suffer. Where there is a mind to help, there harm comes in.
