Hanumān seated in meditation beneath a tree at dawn, in a jewelled crown and garlands, a mālā in his folded hands, his gilded mace resting beside him, a lamplit shrine visible through the trees across still water.

A pillared sandstone hall at sunset. Rāma, dark-complexioned, crowned and garlanded, sits on a gold and ivory throne with Sītā at his left; Lakṣmaṇa stands at his right with palms joined, and Hanumān kneels at the foot of the throne, his eyes raised to Rāma. Oil lamps burn along the plinth and lotus petals lie on the floor.

Sit a moment with the image and the verses above. Begin the chant when you are ready.
