वाक् मानस् क्वल अक्वल ना अति,छ़्वपि मुद्रि अति न प्रवेश् ।रोज़न् शिव शक्त ना अति,म्व॑तु्यय् कुँह् त सुय् उपदेश् ॥ २ ॥
In plain words
There is no speech there and no mind, no kula and no akula. The mudrā of silence finds no way in there. Śiva and Śakti do not abide there. If anything is left, that is the teaching.
