। ॥

In plain words

O Śivā, O Umā, O Kāmākṣī, I praise your foot, refuge of those who bow. Like the eye it reaches to śruti's end, which for the foot is the Upaniṣads; like the lip it is served by a fair even row of the twice-born, here noble brahmins; like the breasts it is the resting place of the muktas, pearls there and the freed here.

Word for word

Resting at śruti's end like the eye, by the good-conducted lovely, by even ones attended, pure, like the lip, by lovely dvija rows, O Śivā, like the breast pair resorted to by muktas, O Umā, your, O Kāmākṣī, refuge of the bowed, I praise, the foot.
