In plain words
On the Kampā's bank spreads forth the utmost good fortune of the poets' assemblies: she makes the crowns of Indra and the rest a footstool for her feet, makes the poets' weavings of words her pleasure garden, and with the rosy light of her jewels lends the sky the beauty of lightning.
Word for word
The crowns of Jambha's enemy and others making a footstool for the feet, the compositions of words made by poets freely making a pleasure grove, the beauty of lightning by the rosy lights of the jewel mass bringing about, on the Kampā's bank of poet-assemblies the limit of fortune spreads.
