Such a Pramātā is the Adhikārī, as Śruti describes him as tranquil and self-controlled. It is also said: “This is always to be given to the Mumukṣu whose Citta is serene, whose senses are mastered, whose faults are cast off, who acts as instructed, who is endowed with Guṇas, and who always follows the Guru.”
