Having reflected on his own Self, the one who praises then reflects on the conduct of the one he praises, and so, in the hymn, he brings it to light in the sphere that is difference alone. And one's own Self is reflected on at the moment of knowing every object. So it is, then, that here in your hymn I am always free of effort.
