In plain words

I tell, there is no doubt, which at once gives the kaulika accomplishment. This kaulika rite, O Goddess, abides in the sky of my heart. She whose ‘great portion’, in the state of awakening, is marked by the wish to rise upward: you, being such, ‘listen’, that is, grasp it clearly. I tell the form that is ‘the anuttara even of the uttara’, even of the perceiver; and from the word ‘even’, of the perceived, the perceiving and the rest as well. ‘Which gives the kaulika accomplishment’, whose purpose is satisfaction in enjoyment and liberation, in making the universe shine and the rest: that ‘I tell’, and that I bring to be taken into the heart, so that ‘at once’, as soon as it is grasped, no ‘doubt’ arises here again. For ‘this kaulika rite’, which shines as ‘this’, abides in the sky of my heart, ever known as the heart, as one with cit, from the very first, as the Śruti says: “Being alone, gentle one, this, in the beginning … one only, without a second … It saw.” And so on.
