In plain words

That anuttara which, being cut down and scattered, was hidden in the language of the Tantras, Abhinavagupta has here made to shine. But you who are intent on discerning this, do not become vessels of error; true disciples, attain this very day the riches of becoming Bhairava, the winning and the keeping, and the rest, of the full anuttara ānanda of those who know: you who are skilled in the samāveśa that makes a mouthful of the three worlds. I bow to this anuttara saṃvid, in which what is full, whose self is being, whose self is will, knowledge and action, is emitted, and from which it is emitted. Śakti, whose form is abhinava, ever new, and the God, the Great Lord, who is gupta, hidden, in her: I bow to Śiva, Abhinavagupta, whose form is the yāmala of these two. Here ends this Parātrīśikā Laghuvṛtti, the vimarśinī on the anuttara principle, the work of the revered Abhinavagupta, whose renown was won by contemplating the lotus feet of the Three-eyed One. Śivam.
