In plain words
Nor is this the only way of performing the five kinds of act; there is also another, of a secret kind. He says: Those he performs by making appear, delighting, reflecting, setting down the seed, and dissolving. "He performs the five kinds of act" is carried over from the sūtra before. In the view of the Mahārtha, whatever appears in the course of the outflow of the goddesses beginning with Sight is emanated. When, in the state so emanated, one delights in it for a while, unblinking, it is maintained by the goddess of maintenance. And at the moment of reflecting, whose other name is wonder, it is withdrawn. As Rāma has said: "The mountain of difference, which others cannot split even with the thunderbolt of samādhi, is grasped in awareness and destroyed by those strong in the power of devotion to You." But when, even while it is being withdrawn, it sets within the impressions of varied doubts and the like, then it has become the seed of saṃsāra that will spring up again, and it is set in the state of concealment. And when what was so set within, or anything else even as it is being experienced, is turned wholly into the fire of cit by the process of forceful cooking, by the method of devouring it entirely, then, being brought to fullness, it is indeed graced. And this kind of performing of the five kinds of act is always present to everyone, yet it does not come to light without the teaching of a true guru. So service of a true guru alone is what must be followed for it to unfold.
