In plain words

Reflection is knowledge of the Self. For this yogin whose knowledge is of this kind: The reflection, the inquiry, "I am Śiva alone, whose Self is the universe": that alone is his knowledge of the Self. As the Vijñānabhairava says: "The Supreme Lord, all-knowing, all-doing, all-pervading: 'I am that very one, of the nature of Śiva.' By firmness in this one becomes Śiva." The Spanda too states it in the line: "… this alone is the grasping of the Self." For there, the grasping of the Self, the knowledge of it, is just this: oneness with Śiva, whose Self is the universe. This meaning too is intended.
