In plain words
The senses are the spectators. Of him, dancing in this way on the stage of the inner self: For the yogin's senses, the eye and the rest, turned within, see directly his own nature, full of the joy of displaying the drama of saṃsāra; and through being firmly grown in that practice they bring about a fullness of the savour of wonder, in which division has melted away. As the śruti says: "Some wise one, his eyes turned back, tasting deathlessness, beheld the inner Self."
