In plain words
He becomes like Śiva. The yogin who has reached such excellence: Having reached the state beyond the fourth through excellence in dwelling on the fourth, he becomes like the Lord Śiva, who is full, clear, free, dense with consciousness and bliss: equal to him, because the kalā of the body has not yet fallen away. When it falls away, he is Śiva himself. That is the meaning. So the Kālikākrama says: "So, always, having learned yoga free of doubt from the mouth of the guru, let him contemplate it with a state free of thought-constructs, through becoming one with it, until he attains sameness with it: so the Lord Bhairava spoke."
