Upadeśa Sāram

Verse 14

प्राणबन्धना ल्लीनमानसम् ।एकचिन्तना न्नाशमेत्यदः ॥

प्राणबन्धनात् लीनमानसम् एकचिन्तनात् नाशम् एति अदः

In plain words

So the breath has caught the mind and it is lying still. That is as far as the net goes. Now, one thought. Just the one, held. And the thing that was lying still does not wake up.

Word for word

The mind absorbed by the binding of the breath goes to destruction by single thought.
