In plain words
"Hear now the division of buddhi, and the division of dhṛti as well — threefold, according to guṇa." That is, according to the guṇas beginning with sattva. This half-verse sets down the heading; what follows fills it in. "Being declared" means being spoken; "without remainder" means nothing left out; "as it is" means each kind set out on its own, sorted by viveka. And "Dhanañjaya": on his campaign across the four quarters he won wealth in abundance, from men and from gods alike — which is why he is Dhanañjaya, the winner of wealth, Arjuna.
Close to the Sanskrit
"Hear the division of buddhi and likewise the division of dhṛti, threefold according to guṇa" — according to the guṇas beginning with sattva — this is the laying down of the heading. "Being declared" — being spoken; "without remainder" — exhaustively; "as it is" — separately, by discrimination. "Dhanañjaya": in the conquest of the quarters he won abundant wealth, human and divine; by that, he is Dhanañjaya, Arjuna.
