In plain words

And there is more —

And there is no one among human beings — no one at all — who does what is more dear to me than this: exceedingly dear, indeed the dearest thing anyone could do. No one else comes close, among those alive now. And in all the time to come, no one will ever come closer, no one will ever be dearer to me, no one will ever do what is more dear, anywhere on this earth.

And what further —

And there is not, among human beings, among human beings, anyone doing what is most dear to me — my — exceedingly doing what is dear; another doing what is most dear simply does not exist: this is the meaning, among those [currently] living. And there will not be, will also come to be, in time, than that [same transmitter], a second, another, dearer, more dear-doing one, on earth, in this world, will there be.
