The individual who returns love for love, who can give one’s heart for another’s heart alone, deserves to go and give love. He is the true spiritual authority. Others can never be authorities. If people are selling divine love in return for money, are they really preachers? No, they are merely beggars. The spiritual strength and power present in the culture and tradition are not something that can be sold; it cannot be purchased for money by Westerners. Many westerners who do not understand and recognise the inherent strength in spirituality try to purchase it for money. Neither of these is the right path. Only such people who make an honest attempt to create an inseparable connection between themselves and the divine are true or spiritual seekers.
