When man neglects the Divine aspect of their nature and fails to pursue the (spiritual discipline) that ensures the awareness of the Omnipresent and Omnipotent , he falls prey to the impulses and instincts dominated by the "ego and develops faith in material gains. He spends his life in amassing wealth, power and authority over fellow beings and believes that holding others under his sway is a desirable achievement.
