We eat food as per its quality. Our thoughts depend upon the type of food we eat. Good food develops good qualities. Food becomes good when it is offered to God and this food is of type. Thoughts of God provide Bliss. Water is there under ground. It can be lifted up by means of bore-well even if it is lying deep down. Similarly, (recitation of God’s name) is the bore-well that brings out the water of Bliss.
