This principle of consciousness which is present everywhere gives rise to conscience. This conscience is the witness proper. This witness in turn is dependent on what you do or say. It is dependent upon your own daily behavior and conduct. From this conscience is born conscious. So here today we are having this vesture of a body and experiencing life is conscious. Being a witness of yourself, that becomes conscience. If we exhibit, manifest in all that we do externally, that becomes consciousness.
