In plain words

The very form of these five vital breaths is our true culture of Bhārata. If we keep to such chief principles and go on doing our duties in our daily life, this world can reach any measure of progress and attain any measure of well-being. Today in the world there are big companies. You know this already. There are the Tata companies, there are the Birla companies. There are the Kirloskar companies. All such big, big companies are there. In these companies there are a great many who did their MBA at great foreign universities. Though there are so many educated people, so many people who have grasped the key, why does this business not appear so exemplary? They have only an acquaintance with books, and no acquaintance with practice. Book knowledge today, knowledge tomorrow, allergy the day after. The reason is that all of them have no aim other than to earn more and more. They do not use their intelligence in a broad way. The culture of Bhārata knows no bounds. It has taken on an infinite form. Its nature is to feel the sorrow of others as one's own sorrow. Its nature is to hold the joy of others as one's own joy. Only when such broad feelings rise in the heart can we see that there is no unrest or agitation of any kind in any field. Today in business houses they think that they must somehow or other produce goods and amass great wealth. Morality and honesty are not to be seen at all. They suspect that if they keep to morality and honesty, the business will come to a standstill. There is no close bond between the workers and the management. Why? The reason for it is simply that they do not recognise the divinity in humanness.
