This alone is the chief aim of our Institute. You must stay with such faith, with such śraddhā and Bhakti. This is ‘Śraddhāvān labhate jñānaṃ.’ Not all that you have to know is to be found in granthas. It lies in the granthi of our heart. We must bring forth what lies in this granthi of the heart. The time for it has drawn near. You must be ready to experience such Ānanda. In the subject called business management you must learn many things that are not in the books. The good things you do not understand you will understand soon. In business management you must make a fitting effort to give an ideal even to other countries. The management of one country does not suit another country. Japan's does not suit America. But management that has begun in India will harmonise with people of all countries. We must regard this as a new outlook. Our own new outlook of Bhārata must become an outlook of Bhārata that all people accept. Fortunate are you of this first batch, who will develop such a thing, experience it and give it to others. You must keep looking forward eagerly to an opportunity like this. Do not waste time. In your experience every day you will be happy.
