In plain words
God alone is the Doer of everything. His decrees alone are the root cause of all these deeds. Without God's will not even a leaf stirs. For every single thing, God's will and God's decree alone are the root foundation,” He taught. Out of man's weakness comes blaming this one and that, and regarding this one and that as the cause. We must see this as our weakness. That is why, in this body made of the five elements, in the principle of the five senses, in the coming together of the five elements, in the principle of the five vital breaths, this body has kept demonstrating what is called oneness. Of the five kośas, this body is the annamaya kośa. It is formed from food! This principle of Manas is the subtle form of the food we eat. This is the manomaya. Because the waves of this air join with electric energy, it turns into the principle of prāṇa. So these three, the annamaya, the manomaya and the prāṇamaya, are all forms of Prakṛti! Only after crossing these three come the vijñānamaya and ānandamaya kośas. These two are both principles of nivṛtti. Man's principle is the very svarūpa of pravṛtti and nivṛtti. So the yogis of those days, taking the Mūlādhāra as their base, journeyed up to the Sahasrāra through the kuṇḍalinī power and were able to behold divinity in the form of the Haṃsa. Those who cannot recognise this well are no yogis; they turn into rogis.
All sādhanas arose only to turn man's vision from creation to the Creator
Which cakra is in which part of the body they have taught only in an outward way, in terms of Prakṛti; but these are not things that exist merely in the body. To steady Manas they have assigned each place in its own particular way.
