So we must strive to plant these sacred feelings in the hearts of today's Bal Vikas girls and boys. After we enter this college, however many kinds of effort we make, it does not bear that much fruit. Up to Higher Secondary school too we can bring about development. Only when we make a fitting effort to develop such boys and girls will there be a chance for us to raise the country's high standing in the future to any extent at all. The uplifters of the nation in the future are today's girl and boy students. Today's boys and girls are the leaders of the future. All the good and bad of the country rests on today's children. So every person who desires the country's welfare must make a fitting effort to set our children on the right path.
Above all, among the teachers who teach, women hold a very important place. Only women have the strength and capacity to converse with the hearts of students. The sweetness in a mother's word is not in a father's word. So, to go into the lower school and teach the boys and girls, there must be more women. Women teachers among the teachers have the chance to do the country ever so much good. In women's way of teaching there are very gentle and sweet feelings. These children do not give their hearts at all to men's teaching the way they give them to women's teaching. So when we want to teach students, women teachers are urgently needed. In these teachings we must not bring in anything at all connected with religion, with any other sect of any kind, or here with politics. If at this tender age we put into their hearts things that foster this revolt, their future will not develop at all. They must not put these feelings at all into tender hearts that cannot recognise the strength and capacity of society or the special greatness of the country. When they grow and, little by little, come to understand the condition of the country and the higher state of society, then we may gradually teach them politics or religious doctrine. Teachers who teach students must first understand that subject of teaching themselves, put it into practice, and try to give it to the students.
