Passage 14

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

So, giving no room at all to anything like weariness in it, we must try to achieve it with courage and daring. Even if just one in a hundred sets out on it, that is enough.

Strive for the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man

You must not keep any sense of difference towards one another. Though there may be some personal differences of opinion, you must all think of yourselves as children of the one God. There may be differences in name and form. There may be differences in physical strength and in Bhakti and prapatti. There may be differences in your feelings. But birth is one and the same for all! In this there is no difference at all. When we hold in our hearts that birth is the same for all, all become brothers. You must all strive to achieve what is called brotherhood of man and fatherhood of God.

Help everyone; hurt no one

Since we have come into this world, we must not carry away with us things that are passing and impermanent, the way those who came to that exhibition each took away some one thing. We must try to win the very owner of that exhibition. Once we win that master, all of these come into our hands. So we must learn what is called master the mind. Be a master mind. If you achieve these two, you need acquire no greater learning than this. There is no learning greater than this. Help ever, hurt never: just keep these two before you as your aim. Help everyone. Hurt no one. Control your senses. Then patience too comes under your control.
