In plain words
Take away form and name and that is Advaita. With form and name, this is the world. So we must change our vision, not change creation. Change your gaze that rests on form and name. Fix your gaze more and more on Saccidānanda, true, eternal and pure. Whatever we do, we must see it as service to God; whatever we see, we must see as God. The divinity in all is one. Try to recognise this truth. Do not waste your life, however long, in duality alone. What is the fruit of the sādhanas we have done? What is the fruit of the pūjās we have done all this time? What is the fruit of the teachings we have listened to all this time? There is no gain at all. We must try to rise to a higher level, even a little. Move from Dvaita into Viśiṣṭa. From Viśiṣṭa, climb into Advaita. Otherwise, if all your life you stay like a blanket left wherever it was thrown, there is no use. So, for having lived, for having done sādhana, for having read books, for having seen great souls, for having listened to their words, we must bring the fitting fruit into our experience.
Know the essence of Satya, brother... Know this principle and make your birth count, brother. Know the essence of Satya. Know this Dharma and win honour, brother. Do away with foolishness, raise up rule and observance and hold to them. (How can it be, not knowing it?) Know the essence of Satya, brother... Know this Sathya Sai, brother... Give up the feeling that you are the body, brother. There is no beauty anywhere here, brother. Leaving aside the beautiful Ātma, thinking "I am this contemptible body": give up that thought, and for ever come to know the feeling of the Truth, brother. Know the essence of Satya, brother...
