In plain words

So today this Sai Kṛṣṇa has set up so many Arjunas and is playing, with them as mere instruments. Nimittamātraṃ bhava savyasāci. You are only the instrument, my good man; I Myself am doing these works, I Myself am doing these services. I brought so much fame to the whole Sai Organisation. I brought that much fame. To this Ahaṅkāra you must give no room at all. It is through the Sai Organisation that your name, your form, your very nature spreads through the world; without Sai, where is your form, where is your name!

It is the Name of Sai alone that makes your name and standing grow. You must not forget this. You must take the thought of God as your very breath. That is why, from the sixtieth year, I set about following this spiritual principle on the path of Advaita alone. We have passed the Karma-kāṇḍa. We have passed the Upāsanā-kāṇḍa. We must enter Jñāna. We have passed primary school. We have passed higher secondary school. We must enter college. If, even while in college, you sit saying, as you learned in primary school, A, B, C.. Ding dong bell, it is of no use. Today you are in just that state. You have come to college level. But all your thinking is still on primary school. We are turning that innocent. So from today you, the creed of Advaita, the creed of Advaita that no others can achieve, the Sai forces must achieve. That is why at this gathering today some changes and rearrangements have had to be made. It is not because of individuals. It is not because of your faults; it had to be changed because of the conditions of the world. Because today the world is watching with a thousand eyes. What is this, man, Sai, Sai? Whatever bazaar you go to, whatever town you go to, whatever forest you go to, whatever hut you go to, wherever you look, Sai photos; wherever you look, Sai's words. Saying "What is this?", many people are trying to test it with wonder, with envy, with all kinds of feelings. At such a time there must not be in us the least feeling or deed at which others can point a finger. Each must go on developing his own work as befits his position. At the start these Rules and Regulations were very necessary. Now that everyone has understood them, they also have in them the strength and capacity to change them. That is why from now on we should be like this: no difference of one being the head and another a worker; all brothers. We must make this kind of feeling of Prema grow. We must show the world the oneness in the many. But not all have yet come up to that level. So today there must be one who is the State President. If there is only one, at certain times humanness is like a mad monkey. In such a monkey some Ahaṅkāra may arise. So, for the sake of killing this Ahaṅkāra, when five or six people are put under him and all are set to equal work, there is no room for the Ahaṅkāra "I am the President."
