In plain words
A dreadful grief came upon her. At once she awakened the Vijñāna, the Prajñāna and the Sujñāna that were in her.
This temple is one the Mahārāṇā built. This Mahārāṇā performed this installation. But this temple is not lasting. But the temple of my heart is of God's making. God is installed in that very temple and dwells there. 'Madbhaktāḥ yatra gāyanti tatra tiṣṭhāmi nārada,' He said. Wherever My devotee sings of Me, it is in the temple of his heart that I dwell. Go to the place between the brows. My Kṛṣṇa dwells there. A beautiful image, the form present before the eyes, dwells there. O mind, you need not run about here and there. Wherever I look, there is only my Kṛṣṇa; the Kṛṣṇa within me alone is the Kṛṣṇa of my Prema. 'He is the Kṛṣṇa I cherish wholly': so she thought of Him. So the temples we build, and the pictures and images in the temples we keep, are not what is lasting. What is in the temple of our heart, that is lasting. This: wherever you go, your body itself is the temple; your heart itself is the altar. The Ātma alone is your very form of God. Guard it well, and to give full contentment, be immersed at all times in the remembrance of the Name. Though the whole world takes you for mad, you need not fear at all. What do these madmen know of the Ānanda that lies in that madness? So make your birth fruitful by leading a life of this kind. Do not, by quarrelling needlessly and stirring up strife over caste and creed, waste this divine humanness. All are children of God. All are sisters. The substance in all is one and the same. The sky above our heads is one. The earth we live on is one. The air we breathe is one. The water we drink is one. Why these feuds among us, why these differences among us? Why these hatreds among us? We do not need these hatreds: make Prema grow, win the grace of Paramātma, and so merge in That.
