In plain words

If he has never tasted the nectar of Satya, does the carved doll called man count for anything? Not knowing Dharma, he becomes nothing but a demon; how can he be a man, though born upon the earth? A being that has not won Śānti is a tiger and no more; how can he be a man, without a heart? A being with no Prema is a cracked and fissured desert, nothing else; can he be called a man? So that Satya, Dharma, Śānti and Prema may shine fair in the world, win these four qualities, then, in their due order, with firm resolve; and with supreme Bhakti attain the fullness of being human, sirs! This alone gives happiness, here and hereafter.

Right at the centre of the earth, at the place called Puttaparthi, it came down in the very knowledge of the Ātma; so that all the millions of mankind might gain wisdom, a university has risen here. In Śānti and happiness, through every land, the splendours that shower light have risen here. Devotees great in steadfastness, who never stray from discipline, have gathered here in thousands, lakhs and crores. To proclaim Satya, Dharma, Prema and Śānti to the world the Lord Sai took it upon Himself; as Sathya Sai, on earth, the form of Prema in its fullness, He was born here, while joy blossomed.

Embodiments of Prema!

Yato vā imāni bhūtāni jāyanti: so the whole world emerges from the Paramātma alone, rests in the Paramātma itself, and in the end merges in the Paramātma itself. In the same way, man too emerges from his resolves, lives on his resolves, and in the end merges in his resolves.
