In plain words
“Know the truth that God, the divine in this Prakṛti, is present as oil is in sesame seeds, as ghee is in milk, as fragrance is in flowers, as sweet juice is in fruit, as fire is in firewood.” “The Caitanya that cannot be seen in the world that is seen is the Ātma. In the same way, like the thread that runs through the gems, Viṣṇu pervades the whole universe.”
Embodiments of Prema!
This creation is the showing forth of the will of Īśvara. This is what is called Prakṛti. That is, the whole of this Prakṛti is the very form of Īśvara's will. Every being born in this Prakṛti must have the qualities of Īśvara; it must, without fail. Man took form in this world to show forth the will of Īśvara. Just as a seed sprouts and the beauty within it blossoms as a flower, the plant, the leaves, the branches and the twigs are the stages through which the flower comes to be.
In the same way, God is the seed of all creation. That God is in every being like a seed; its shoots blossom as qualities, its branches and twigs are Bhakti and śraddhā, and “Saccidānanda” keeps blossoming as the flower. If the seed is to become a plant, it needs earth and water to help it. In the same way, if the seed called Divinity in man is to become a plant, rise up as a tree and open as the flower called ‘Saccidānanda’, it needs both Bhakti and śraddhā to help it.
