In plain words
When we think of it as our village, all of us in our village must stay together as one. You must labour hard for unity of that kind. Now, the Minister spoke. Though the salaries given to you are low, you must look to the salary with your life as your support.
Only when the life is good does the salary also become worth something. Only when we show our life to be good and exemplary does the salary rise automatically. That life you can enjoy well and happily. So we must work for the progress of our village without counting on the salary. The officers may consult them well and in the right spirit and take decisions to provide what is needed for this. But we must not start such senseless things as strikes and bandhs. What happens by this is that for your own personal selfishness you are causing hardship to the whole village. You are causing hardship to all the people. These bandhs and these strikes are proving to be meaningless acts. How much hardship all these cause to how many people! Not only is there loss to society through them; they also bring a bad name to the organisation. We think this is something great, but in politics these are turning into ways that run quite contrary. Such things must not happen. If the village officers strive well, with courage, with daring and with an unselfish spirit, there is every chance for us to achieve a great deal.
We must set our strength, our abilities and our senses, all of them, on the right path
Embodiments of Prema! With courage and daring and with zeal, give no room to disturbances of this kind, and win the name that your village is in full welfare and at peace. That is what you truly have to achieve.
