When you say "This is my mind, my body," you are different form your mind, body and senses. You are the master. The body, mind and senses are just instruments. The answer to the question comes from within as you are breathing 21,600 times every day. As you inhale, you make the Sound So and when you exhale, you utter the sound . Together, means, "He is me." This is the great truth proclaimed by the : "" (You are that).
