In plain words
Everything is in this Buddhi itself. Divine will, free will, is God's alone. No one else has it. Who is self? God Himself. That divine power itself. The divine power is in all. But they do not believe it to be the divine power. They think it is their own power. That itself is Ajñāna. That itself is foolishness. In all powers one divine power is contained.
To know such a divine power, these two, interest and steadiness, must be there first of all. Affection and Prema for God must grow in us. How must that Prema be? It must not be like something swaying in the wind. It must not be like the pendulum of a clock. It must be steady. Only then can one become worthy of that grace. So there are many little things students must know. Many people think: 'Swami keeps repeating only what has been said before.' Well, what was said must be said again. Until you learn, what was said must be said again. Every day, do you not eat for the stomach that has already eaten? You must not think, 'You ate in the morning, so why in the evening?' You must not think, 'I ate yesterday, so why today?' Because what was eaten is digested away. We eat for the stomach that has eaten. We wash the face that was washed. Why should we not hear again what we have heard? If you put it into practice and experience the Ānanda, you do not need what you heard. Until it is put into practice, what was said must be said again. A small matter. Many people teach little children the A, B, C, Ds. In 1st standard they teach some spellings. If you want to say MILK, you must say MILK many times. Only when it is pronounced many times like that does the milk spelling make sense. Until you know the spelling, the meaning, until you understand, it simply has to be told. Even when what was said is said again, it stays ever new. You do not recognise that Satya well. I have spoken the Gāyatrī mantra many times. What was said one time is different another time. That itself is the greatness of Sai. Ever new words. It is new each time. Not only the words; I too am ever new. That is divinity itself. The ever new is divinity itself. You too must be ever new. You must not take what is old and stale into your heart. You must always be in Ānanda. That itself is the fruit of being with divinity.
where is happiness.
