In plain words
You who always count the śāstras as true, O Brāhmins, approved by the Vedas! You who offer up your bodies for your country, O shining kings of kings! You who, with wealth and grain and the qualities of Dharma, live in splendour, O noble Vaiśyas! You who thrive in the calling of tilling the land and live in comfort, O Śūdras! Why pass all your time in idleness? The path that all people accept, the true path, the path of Bhakti: take it, and granting you this world and the next, Sai Baba will truly tend you.

Just as, in Vedānta, these three, tāraka, sāṅkhya and amanaska, make up a form of the Trimūrti, so too Vedānta has three paths as well, called pāramārthika, prātibhāsika and vyāvahārika. This pāramārthika is an ocean. The vyāvahārika is the waves on this ocean. The prātibhāsika is the foam on the waves. Without waves there is no foam. Without water there are no waves.
