In plain words
The Ātma, Bhagavān, and I are one. All are one, be alike to every one. The day such a principle dawns, that very day oneness is attained. That itself, ‘the essence of all the books of Vedānta’, has stood fixed in one sentence. You must believe the truth, ‘The Ātma that dwells in all, and you, are one.’ He alone becomes fit to attain God. Then God becomes his servant. A devotee of old prays like this.
I must become the servant of servants; I must serve Your servants and nothing else. (The servant …) With wife and children together, at every hour,
If wife and children together serve God at every hour, the whole family is offered up to Him. That is just why they called God ‘the One in the power of His devotees’. He comes under the devotee's sway. Not for a single moment will He leave the devotee and take a step forward. So easily pleased is God. He becomes most gracious. To melt butter, you must show it heat. But you need show God no heat at all. He melts, He is moved, He melts and flows.
