They have gone on describing the principle of the puruṣa in this way. Divinity is in all. Taking the unity that is in all as many, people experience separateness. What must be done today? You must see the unity that is in diversity. You must experience diversity as unity. You must take that alone as the chief goal of the Sathya Sai Organisations. You must give no room to differences of any kind. You must give no room to separateness of any kind. You must give no room to hatred of any kind. There must be no feeling of difference of any kind. What is in all is one. If you hold this truth in your mind, this itself is true spiritual propagation. Not propagation: practice is what is most needed. Before Me there are two mikes. Before him there is one mike. But the sound that comes from these two mikes is one. The sound that comes from that one mike is one. These sounds come separately. But both only give out sound. Divinity is seen in many forms. The sound that comes from every man is one that comes from the navel. That place of the navel is itself the place of Brahma. Some people speak from the lips for a passing satisfaction. This they called contraction talk. This contraction talk is equal to death. Our word must come from the heart. That itself is complete confidence. Doubts do not come to one who has that full faith. Divinity is in all. Whatever anyone says, it remains true. But you must inquire, ‘Does that truth apply to me or not?’ Satya is one, is it not! If you ask why you should search for Satya: In every man changes take place of this kind: Satya and Asatya, Dharma and Adharma, violence and Ahiṃsā. For all this there is one example, as I said the other day. There is fine gold. Sacred, pure gold. You kept this pure gold with you for some time. After some time you added copper. After some more time you added silver. After some more time you added lead. After some more time still you added brass. As you go on adding many metals in this way, what has become of this gold? What is one to call it? Its very form has been spoiled.
