Passage 87

In English

There is no place where God is not; the same is true of air and water. You might not always be able to see the presence of water, but it is there nevertheless. In the atmosphere, it is present as water vapour, while below the surface of the earth it is present as subterranean water. When man turns wicked, the water table starts going down, suggesting that divine water does not wish to see the face of man! Water feels disgusted. It says, "Why should I see and be useful to such an evil fellow?" and then hides itself!
