Passage 11

In plain words

Prema is your very nature. As much as nature needs ‘balance’, so much does man need Prema. You must recognise that all that God has created is for your good.

The resources that nature provides are to be used only as much as you need; you must not plunder nature out of greed. There was a duck, it is said, that laid a golden egg every day. Seeing it, a greedy man thought he would get many golden eggs at once and cut open its belly, so the story goes. Man today too, instead of enjoying in due measure the comfort that nature provides, tries to enjoy comfort beyond all limits. Every scientist is looking to discover something new. Because science and technology have grown so much, earthquakes too are increasing, and the rains do not fall in their season. Science must be used only in measure. If the limit is crossed, disasters happen. Students! You have a long time yet to live. Do not misuse nature's resources; protect them in the right way. In no circumstances forget Satya and Dharma.
