Whomsoever you serve, think that you are serving God. That is true penance and meditation. Do not look down upon human birth as mean. It is a sin to neglect human life. God is present in all. Do not go by name and form. See the Spirit within. From the point of view, all are one. When you consider everyone as God, you will lead a blissful life. It is because people consider individual as different from God, wicked qualities like hatred, jealousy, ego are on the rise. Once you realize that divinity is present in all, there will be no room for praise or blame. You will experience the ultimate bliss.
