Body Attachment is the Cause of Man’s Delusion
It is a mistake on our part to identify ourselves with the body. When we say, “This is my body, my mind, my , my , my ”, it means that we are separate from the mind, body, , etc. It is a (delusion) to think that we are the body. As we go on cultivating , we distance ourselves from (God). The more we leave this , the closer we go to . approached many and listened to their teachings. He studied sacred texts. He realized that this was only a wasteful exercise.
