Passage 12

In plain words

Eternal Ānanda, the giver of supreme happiness, Jñāna alone in form, beyond the pairs of opposites, like the sky, the goal of ‘That thou art’ and the rest, one, eternal, stainless, unmoving, the Sākṣī of every mind, beyond all feeling, free of the three guṇas............

I am beyond the guṇas. Whatever I do is for your welfare; for your purity; for your joy. Be happy always; live free of faults. That is what matters to Me. No sorrows of any kind ever come to Me, anywhere. I have no grief of any kind; no worry of any sort; no desires. Whatever I do, whatever I say, is for your sake. Whatever I tell, whatever I do, is good for you, good for you. Indeed, I Myself am here for you. There is nothing I need for Myself. So make use of Me. I am always ready. But you must foster holy feelings; you must lead a divine life. This is what matters. Whatever wrong happens, its cause is nothing but the feelings that arise in you. At certain times I keep silent. You think, “Swami has seen our faults and is not speaking to us; He has kept silent.” Such a thought is nothing but your delusion. I have never had the nature of looking for faults. My eyes are pure. So I always see only what is pure, and do not see what is impure even when it is beside Me. Even the bad looks good to Me. Give no room at all to doubts about Swami. “The doubting one perishes.” So be free of doubt, and firm of mind.

Embodiments of Prema! Honour your guests. Share your Prema with all. Give them at least a part of the food you eat. Only then will you have peace of mind. Jñāna is not something extraordinary. There must be trikaraṇaśuddhi. You must foster Ṛta. This is true Jñāna. What more could you need than this? Long for tāraka; you do not want māraka. If you keep changing your faith now and again, there will be no one in this world more unfortunate than you. Fickleness is the mark of the Monkey mind. You belong to Mankind. You have been born as human beings. So give no room to the Monkey mind.
