In plain words
(Five organs of action, five organs of knowledge) We must keep time bringing these ten senses together. ‘Rāma rāma rāṃ... Rāma rāma rāṃ....’ When singing this, we must clap the two hands together and keep good time. But some say ‘Rāma rāma rāṃ...’ while their organs of action go one way and their organs of knowledge another. That is why their feelings too go off anywhere and everywhere. In the Punjab, Guru Nānak first began group bhajan. All must sing the Name of God together, with one voice. But modern people push such sacred ideals aside and go about as they please. This is not good. We must do work that is dear to God. ‘Ramayatīti Rāmaḥ’: he who gives delight is Rāma. He who makes others love is Rāma. He who loves is Rāma. Rāma, Kṛṣṇa, Govinda, ... However many names we use like this, God is one. In the same way, though the names and forms of all of you are different, the principle of the Ātma in you is one. Develop this feeling of the one Ātma and have the vision of the divine Ātma.
