In plain words

First of all he told them to kill the boys. Later, fearing that danger might come to him from the girls too, he went on having them killed as well. But who could harm Kṛṣṇa? Who could hold back His divine power? Kṛṣṇa's divine fame went on growing day by day. To put an end to Kṛṣṇa, Kaṃsa began sending demons who took on magic forms to Vrepalle. But every one of them was killed at Kṛṣṇa's hands. No one could understand Kṛṣṇa's divine power. As it is said, ‘Vināśakāle viparīta buddhiḥ’: perverse notions arose in Kaṃsa. This must be the merit of who knows how many births, but today the good luck of serving You like this has come to me,” she said, overflowing with joy. Kṛṣṇa, pleased, pressed down both her feet with His foot, put His hand under her cheeks and drew her upward. Her hunch was gone and she became a beautiful woman. In this way Kṛṣṇa went on showing many wonderful līlās and freeing ever so many from their curses.
